Frank Thomas never gets much credit. The vocalist and guitarist has fronted Germany's Accuser since 1986, carrying the torch in much the same way as other non-big three ilk like Rage, Holy Moses, and Tankard. 'Diabolic' is another example of the band's bonehead thrash proficiency, albeit more in the pocket than predecessors. This is the band's ninth album to date and continues the trend of different line-ups permeating their catalog. At some point one would think Accuser finds a bigger audience or gains the respect they deserve.
