Lordy mercy have these Swedes dominated, showing no mercy through four Earth shattering records. "The Dark Epic" is pure Stockholm brilliance, scraping the early Swede death tones with tons of bay area enthusiasm. Think newer Exodus injected into classics like "Where No Life Dwells" and "The Spectral Sorrows". This is a perfect example of death metal being pure grandeur.
