If Sepultura had released 'Wolverine Blues', I can't help but think it would sound a lot like Electric Hellride's 'Praedam'. This Copenhagen four-piece are an in-the-face, aggressive engineer for grinding metal. It's Neanderthal, but that's the purpose. It accommodates lacks of smoothness with an aural assault of groove stomps, hardcore vocals, a touch of melody and an abundance of anger. The group recently opened for Overkill in Europe. There's your validity. Recommended for fans of Ektomorf, Entombed, Crowbar, Sepultura and Machine Head.
