At Maximum Metal, everything received came into a central place and was added onto a Master List of CDs/DVDs that all our staff picked from to review. Any item could be picked by one person, multiple people or not chosen at all where they will remain on the list as unclaimed. We would like to see everything reviewed, but understaffing and staff disappearances--aka people who request CDs then drop off the planet--make this an unachievable goal.
